Internal structural connections of a special part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

Introduction: the article examines the Special part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation as an organic system. Shown is the synthetic type of internal structural connection, which characterizes the criminal law. It is indicated that the properties and features of the criminal law norm of the Special Part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation are determined by its structure, as well as the content of the criminal law regulations enshrined in it. The implementation of the hierarchical internal structural relationship between the components of the Special Part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is analyzed. Materials and Methods: the normative basis of the study is formed by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, criminal legislation, other normative acts and legal acts related to criminal law. The methodological basis of the study was the general dialectical method of scientific knowledge, which is universal in nature, as well as the methods of logical deduction, induction, cognitive methods and techniques of comparison, analysis, generalization and description. Results of the Research: the synthetic type of internal structural connection of the components of the system of the Special Part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation was investigated; analyzed the hierarchical type of internal structural connection, which characterizes the Special part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation; it is shown that the Special Part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is built on the basis of a combination of synthetic and hierarchical types of internal structural communication. Findings and Conclusions: the specific features of the implementation of synthetic and hierarchical types of internal structural communication in the Special Part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, as an organic system, were identified and analyzed, which made it possible to state that the system of the Special Part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is based on a combination of both named types of internal structural communication. It is noted that, as a practical embodiment of the analysis of internal structural relationships, an adjustment of the order of the articles in chapters, chapters in sections and the sections themselves of the Special Part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation can act.
