The article is devoted to the relevance of the direction of internal alchemy in modern society and its relationship with medicine. The direction of internal alchemy once separated from the general science and developed independently. Currently, the direction is becoming popular among the population, and is often recommended as a preventive method of treatment. In confirmation, an online survey among students was conducted, as well as interviewing employees of the Center for Self-Development "Taj Mahal".
