The article analyzes approaches to determining the essence and content of personnel training and intraorganizational training. The article also discusses the main stages of intraorganizational training and factors that contribute to making positive decisions about investing in an intraorganizational training system. It is concluded that personnel training is a process of targeted development among employees of enterprises and organizations of specialized, professional knowledge, skills and abilities, the purpose of which is to increase the efficiency and productivity of labor, which, in turn, are aimed at achieving the strategic goals of the enterprise. Intraorganizational training is training within an organization (at the workplace, in its own training centers).
