Water supply and sanitation in the Russian Federation: problems of legal regulation and application for payment general houses needs

The author considers the problem of the use of the Russian legislation on water supply and sanitation, in particular, questions the use of centralized and decentralized water supply systems, transport and water supply customers, determine fees for water supply (drainage), including charging for water consumed at the common house-needs. Analyze the gaps in the existing legislation in this sphere of economy.
