Military policy and reforming the army in the post-Soviet period

The article focused on the topical issue of reforming the Russian army in the post-Soviet period. The research identified and described the stages of this process, summarized their results. Based on the reform analysis in the Russian army during the period under review the author gives recommendations on efficiency improvement of the public policy in the military field.
