Court-martial: a view through the prism of time

The article reveals the role of court-martial not only in maintaining military discipline in the critical situations during the war, but also in restoring order in emergency situations inside a country. The author comes to the conclusion that the extraordinary justice is an objective reality that occurs in certain moments of life of society and state, which is able in conjunction with other extraordinary measures to maintain political and economic system of the state.
