The USA military presence in the Middle East after the end of the "cold war"

The author analyses some aspects of the USA military presence in the Middle East as a part of the policy of the world key regions monitoring. The increase in military presence of the USA in the Middle East has been caused by the region states' inability to create the collective security system. This caused instability and threat to the interests of the USA.
