Military education of the officer of the air forces as process of the organization of conditions of the set formation of the person in modern Russian army

In article the basic pedagogical approaches and the actions determining politics of a management of Armed forces of the Russian Federation on preparation of the new officer staff are considered. Characteristics of the basic purposes and priorities are resulted in the field of the set formation of the person of the Russian personnel military man according to specificity of service in the Air Forces. The system of military education in "post-soviet" Russia is subjected to the scientific analysis and criticism and recommendations on its conclusion from crisis are given.
