"War communism" as the main element of the soviet political system

This article discusses the process of formation of the Soviet political system through the prism of holding the ruling party policy of "war communism". Currently, in the conditions of transformation of the power system is of great importance to study the experience of previous periods of Russian history. Sustained interest in the socio-political development of the Soviet state in the period 1917-1920 from the social scientists is to understand the historical experience of our country in a specified period. The term "war communism" the ruling party has come to denote the totality of social, economic change in the era of the Civil war.
