In paper the methodical approach to substantiation of application the fiber-optical technologies in the dis-tributed sensor networks for the instrumental monitoring of regions and objects of dislocation, storage, processing and utilization of ecologically dangerous substances is stated. Are observed the general and private statements of problems and methods and techniques for its solution are offered, based on two-frequency methods of sonding the fiber-optical sensors on the basis of Brege gratings.
