Pandemic volunteer in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan

In 2020, a number of accents emerged in the volunteer movement. First of all, the situation that has developed as a result of the pandemic has united NGOs, volunteer organizations, social activists, authorities, and private business. Moreover, the number of volunteers and their participation in helping those in need has grown incomparably with previous years. In this regard, in 2020, the role of volunteers in the development of civil society was recognized not only in Russia and Tatarstan, but also in the world as a whole.
