Volunteer movement as an important component of the socialization process of students (by the example of Kuban State University)

The article considers the role of volunteer movement in the lives of young people. Particular attention is paid to the organization of volunteer work in higher school. Volunteering is seen as an important component of the socialization process of students, their social activity. The experience of organization of students’ voluntary activities in Kuban State University has been analyzed. Recommendations for improving the work with volunteers have been presented.
