Design principles and characteristic of the instrument used for measuring at full-scale testing and electric equipment and scheme of relaying adjustment, three-phase active energy meters connection validation are described. As compared to the familiar instruments a given voltamperemeter and phase meter provides considerably higher accuracy of measurements at small currents, which expands its use. The indicated feature is stipulated by the application of new data processing algorithms, obtained from analogue-digital converters of the instrument.
