The article is dedicated to the discussion of the northeastern border of Turkey at the Berlin Conference in 1945. The Russia-Turkey's Agreement of 1921 set up the present border between Turkey, Armenia and Georgia. In 1945 the USSR suggested to correct this border, but the USA and Great Britain supported Turkey.
