Questions of budget accounting in the system of health of contemporary Russia

The article deals with the problematic issues of financing the modern healthcare system in Russia. An analysis is made of the factors influencing this process and the existing order of budget accounting in medical institutions from a scientific point of view. The need for clarifying the regulatory framework, its anti-corruption role and addressing the problems addressed in the study is substantiated and emphasized.
