Formation of a favorable investment climate for the regions of the Russian Federation

The work is devoted to the formation of a favorable investment climate for the regions of the Russian Federation, designed to solve the problem of balanced spatial development. The study revealed the growing interregional imbalances caused by geographic, historical, natural-climatic and other conditions that pose threats to the sustainable functioning. The main priority of the investment strategy should be the transport infrastructure, the modernization of which will improve the investment climate and the inflow of private capital into the socio-economic development of the regions.
