The economic history of Stolypin’s immigrants to the northern Vyatka region in the early XX century

The peasants from Estland, Livland and Kurland migrated to the Vologda and Vyatka borderland according to the Stolypin land reform since 1908 until 1914. They adapted their economy to local environmental conditions. Many mechanisms were used in agriculture and crafts. Such crafts as weaving, bricks production and wood processing, purchased marketability. According to the Government plans the economy of those farmsteads should become effective by the 1920s -1930s.
