Assessment questions of innovative ecosystems of the middle stage

Бесплатный доступ

Innovative systems in the process of their development are undergoing a transformation stage based on the ecosystem approach, which is due to an objective decrease in the importance of financing innovation infrastructure, point investment programs and an increase in the role of creating favorable conditions for effective interaction of stakeholders of the innovation system, which should exclude the need for external incentives, that is, obey the principles of self-development, self-regulation and self-organization. In this case, the intensive development of innovative ecosystems creates the need to define unified methods for evaluating and analyzing the effectiveness and condition, the use of which will not only provide the necessary information for managing innovation activities, but also stimulate the process of diffusion of this form of innovation system to enterprises, corporations, agglomerations, districts, regions, etc. The main approaches to the assessment of innovative ecosystems are considered, on the basis of which the key elements of a unified analysis system are identified, among which are the interaction of stakeholders, digital technologies and hierarchy. The use of digital technologies to solve the problem of complexity of indicators of innovative ecosystems of the meso-level is justified and the importance of using a unified assessment methodology is determined.
