Exploitation of parafin saturated oil wells

In process of exploitation of oil fields with paraffin sound saturated clays there is accumulation of paraffin on the surface of tubings, well head equipment and flow lines.Accumulation of paraffin reduces cross section,increases flow resistance and frequency of repairs and reduces production.Parafin is removed out from tubings by the different methods and results to pollution of costly materials.Therefore,the new paraffin removing technology has been developed. The matter of this technology is, that tubings and rods have to be heated to 60-70 °C with electricity and in consequence, liquid paraffin is collected to the tank. This technology does not allows pollution of ground are around wells and reduces losses of crude parafine.
