Issues relating to the organization by the chief of regional office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia of interaction among internal affairs agencies during accident investigation

The article deals with the issues of methodological support of investigation of traffic offences. The author examines the problem of a comprehensive study of the current state of management activities for the organization of the Head of regional office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia at the district level of interaction units during the initial phase of investigation of criminal cases of traffic offences, as well as the formulation of methodological recommendations to improve these activities.
