The problems of a low-noise reference oscillator construction for high-sensitive radars based on quartz, SAW and HBAR are considered. The comparative analysis shows a promising application of resonators based on bulk acoustic waves. Problems of constructing generators based on HBAR, associated with high TCF resonator were revealed. The method for HBAR temperature stabilization on the basis of digital frequency lock loop is suggested.
