Issues of prevention of violations of public order by formations of combatant police units

The article discusses the main duties of the officers of the combatant police units for the protection of public order and public safety, prevention of administrative offenses and crimes. The main normative legal acts regulating the issues of the organization of the official activities of the patrol and post service of the police are considered. The importance of implementing the principle of interaction and cooperation of these formations during events on the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan was noted. In these conditions, it is necessary to change the approach to recruitment by increasing the prestige of the profession of a patrol officer. Firstly, the main problem today is an increase in monetary allowances, in comparison with civil organizations, where wages of one and a half, or even two or three times more puts employees before a choice about changing their profession, especially those who have worked for no more than 3 years. In addition, the possibility of solving housing problems, as well as qualitative improvement of the material and technical support of patrol service units.
