Issues of application of tariff benefits and preferences in the conditions of the formation of a multipolar world

The decline in the pace of the world economy, the reorientation of foreign trade flows, has exacerbated the issues of protecting the interests of countries with a low level of economic development. The use of benefits and preferences allows countries to build the most favorable conditions for international trade. The paper analyzes the dynamics of the provision of benefits and preferences to various countries. The idea is consistently substantiated that in the conditions of the formation of a multipolar world, the issues of creating the most favorable conditions for cooperation for countries with the least developed economies are of particular importance. The problems of implementing preferential policy are highlighted and proposals are made to overcome them.
