Issues of recognizing entities as insolvent (bankrupt)

The article discusses the current problems of the institution of insolvency (bankruptcy) in modern Russian law. The analysis of judicial practice in bankruptcy cases is carried out, the main problems of law enforcement are investigated and ways of their solution are proposed. Special attention is paid to foreign experience in regulating bankruptcy procedures and the possibilities of its implementation into Russian legislation. The scientific significance of the research lies in a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical and practical aspects of the institute of bankruptcy, identifying existing legal gaps and formulating specific proposals for improving legislation.
