«Historiographical lists» as a didactic tool for history teachers’ training

In the article we proposed the criteria for content development of teaching material, which were considered in designing of «historiographical lists» as a didactic tool for preparing teachers to teach controversial issues of history. Actualization of historiographical, psychological and pedagogical knowledge of a history teacher and understanding by him such criteria as «social adequacy», «scientific content», «legitimacy», «temporality», and «diversity of types» would raise the level of his theoretical readiness to teaching controversial issues of history. Psycho-pedagogical, philosophical and methodical criteria of designing «historiographical lists» used by a history teacher in the actual learning process would enable him to overcome the objective difficulties in teaching controversial issues of history, and, in turn, to improve the level of methodical readiness for professional activities.
