The questions of vocational training in the context of accident rate at hazardous industrial facilities

The article carries out an analysis of accident rate and accidents at hazardous industrial facilities in Russia. Basing upon the obtained research results the author formulates the problem zones in the system of personnel’s professional training at such enterprises. The nonobservance of the security zones of hazardous industrial facilities and inaccurate actions of the personnel In danger areas are the main reasons of the accidents. According to the research results the author suggests the ways to resolve the revealed deficiencies - it is the studying of situations of instructional materials at the stage of professional training.
