Issues of implementing a pre-trial cooperation agreement in case of change of accusation

Introduction: the article deals with topical issues of implementation of a pre-trial agreement on cooperation in case of change of accusation in criminal proceedings. Materials and Methods: in the process of the study, the following methods were used: a generalization of investigative and judicial practice, analytical, technical legal, formal-logical, comparative legal. Results: contradictory investigative and judicial practice was revealed in the implementation of the pre-trial agreement on cooperation in cases of change in the prosecution, including worsening of the situation of the accused. Discussion and Conclusions: recommendations to improve law enforcement practice were formulated.
