Exercise of real estate rights by lawful owner in case of rejection of vindicatory claim due to omission of the term of limitation of action

The author reveals legal problems faced by a lawful proprietor of real estate due to omission of the period of limitation of action on vindication of such property from unlawful possession by other persons (vindicatory claim). The article deals with the issues of legal perspectives of real estate, vindication of which was denied, as well as the possible mechanisms of defense by proprietor of his infringed rights in the given situation.
