Questions improve Russian legislation relating to the rights and freedoms of citizens in carrying out operational investigative activities based in model law "On operational investigative activities"

The article discusses the relation of the model law «On Operational -Investigative Activities» and the Federal Law «On Operational-Investigative Activities» 1995. In this aspect focuses on the issues of improving domestic legislation operative investigation in the area of human and civil rights in relation to the use of results of operatively-search activity, strengthening legal safeguards officials of the operative-search activity, as well as those assisting them.
