Issues of strengthening political leadership in the scientific discourse of the People's Republic of China

Introduction. The article is devoted to the strengthening of the political leadership of the Communist party in the people's Republic of China in the modern period. Methods. Methods. From the position of cultural approach, the issues of strengthening the political leadership of the Communist party of China in the modern period are considered. Results. This article discusses the problems of strengthening the political leadership of the Communist party in the people's Republic of China, which is the ruling party of the country and represents the interests of the working class and the vast majority of the Chinese people. The author notes that the key to strengthening party building and building socialism with Chinese specificity, in particular, increasing the level of leadership and the ruling potential of party cadres at all levels is to increase the ruling potential of the party. The leading cadres of the party should have political leadership skills and adhere to the fact that the New era of socialism with Chinese specifics is the inheritance and development of Marxism - Leninism, Mao Zedong's ideas, Deng Xiaoping's theory, and the thinking of «triple representation», the concept of scientific development. As well as following strategic, innovative, dialectical thinking, thinking of the rule of law and «bottom» thinking; development of the basic political ethics - political loyalty. Summary. The author came to the conclusion that the strengthening of the political leadership of the Communist party of China takes place in three aspects: observation and analysis of the situation in the global and long-term perspective and a firm understanding of the political theme of the new era; following the leadership of the new era of socialism XI Jinping with Chinese specifics and constant improvement of political thinking, conscious formation of a positive political image of leaders, responsible performance of the work of people's public servants and increasing political proximity to the masses.
