The issues of urban governance in the activities of the municipal government of the Yenisei province (1870-1894)

The aim of the study was to analyze the key issues of the activity of municipal authorities of the Yenisei province in the field of urban management in the second half of the XIX century in the context of the implementation of reforms in the field of local government. The objectives of the study were coverage of regional aspects of the reform of urban self-government in the period under review, the implementation of municipal authorities defined by the law of economic powers in cooperation with public authorities of the region and public associations. The object of the research was public attitude to the implementation of the rights of the local community to participate in the management of urban economy, in the period under consideration.
