The recovery of the industrial potential of Russia and the role of corporations in this process

This article discusses aspects of reform and periods of stable growth industry in Russia, because Russia has undergone significant economic changes since the collapse of the Soviet Union and developed the last 20 years by way of a globally isolated, centrally planned economy to a market, a globally integrated economic system. Russian industry is primarily split between producers competitive on the world market of goods and other less competitive heavy industries that remain dependent on Russian domestic market. This dependence on commodity exports makes Russia vulnerable to the global economic crisis and highly volatile global commodity prices. the role of state-owned corporations in the Russian market are also discussed. Analyzed the achievements and shortcomings of origin, the public and the legal regulation of state corporations in Russia, because they are the largest employers, ensure the development of entire industries, in some cases, does have a position close to a monopoly. And because they can be regarded as virtually indispensable in terms of the functioning of the state economy. The article details the issues of foreign economic cooperation, Russia's integration into the international space. Much attention is paid to the issues of state regulation of the country's state-owned corporations. Public corporations in Russia, the list of which is adjusted regularly enough, according to the priorities and the dynamics of legislative activities of the authorities are, in spite of the thesis about the possibility of abolition of the appropriate type of legal entities, sufficiently promising form of enterprise. In conclusion, proposed measures to improve the management efficiency of state-owned enterprises and state corporations.
