Development of legal activity of an individual in modern economic conditions

The paper examines the objective necessity of moral education as a philosophical foundation in formation of legal activity of citizens in order to ensure the interests of the state and the society as a whole. The authors address the issue of legal regulation of the system of modern moral education in a consecutive strengthening of the unity of Russia's society, in ensuring its national security. The paper reveals interdependence and importance of the system of moral values in regulating activities of the participants of economic relations.
