Tolerance development as one of the ways of interethnic conflicts prevention

The article is devoted to the problem of teenagers' tolerance development. It studies methodological bases of youth's upbringing at present. The author analyzes the ways of formation of deeply realized moral norms and behaviour rules in the communicative and educational sphere. Special attention is paid to students’ ethnic and cultural peculiarities, as well as the question of intercultural cooperation. The optimal ways of teenagers' socialization are stated in the article.
