Social systems perception as informational cognitive problem of the social analysis in social management

The article substantiates a thesis saying that theory and practice of the social management is concerned with two relevant problems of the system approach. One of them is inquiring into a question of how far the system perception receive real, objective information about structures or their manifestations, considering the fact that there is a formed subjective construction in the basis anyway. The other problem is in what degree the system perception of social objects allows receiving information about their complexity and variety and, at the same time, provides their ordering and controlling.
