Reproduction of hydrocarbons in the arctic zone of the russian federation: institutional and legal aspect

The article presents an analysis of regulatory documents, the action of which is aimed at institutional and legislative registration of the processes of strategic development of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation, which will enable these territories to become the world's largest economic zone with a single set of administrative, tax and investment preferences. It will make it possible to resist modern challenges in the Arctic and ensure their sustainable development as the basis of Russia's national economic security.
