Restoration of social sphere in the Krasnodar, Stavropol edges and the Rostov area

In article on the basis of the analysis of the broad audience of sources the processes which are passed in social and economic development of village in post-war years are considered. Social problems during the post-war period are investigated. The basic directions of the Soviet state on restoration of a national economy of the South of Russia are shown.
