Involvement of minors in crime (art. 150 of the Criminal Code): characteristics of victim and characteristics of the subjective side of a crime

The article draws attention to the content of normative legal acts defining the tasks of prevention of juvenile delinquency, the issues of determining the characteristics of the victim in the qualification of involvement of a minor in the Commission of a crime (article 150 of the criminal code). Particular attention is paid to the content of the subjective side of the crime, as well as to the developed in judicial practice approaches to the establishment of these features. The article is prepared in order to study the content of criminal law means of prevention of juvenile crimes.
