The article provides an overview of the possibilities and features of online business communication in general, and in particular for students. A generalized overview of the directions of publications on this issue is provided. The results of the primary analysis of the results of a survey of first-year students of the Russian State Agrarian University-Moscow Agricultural Academy named after K. A. Timiryazev on the use of Internet resources for business communication are described, an attempt is made to analyze the degree of students’ workload with online business communication, and ways to adapt to this.
