Retribution, justice and civil law: archetypic aspect

The article considers how the archetypes "retribution" and "justice" manifest themselves in legal reality and civil law. According to the authors, the idea of "retribution for the sake of justice" has archetypic nature, and it is ontologically connected with the problem of necessity, which finds a direct reflection in the structures of the modern civil legal field.
