The reaction of a living organism, and in the first place of a cell, to external physical stimuli is widely covered in the special medical literature. Such stimuli include the impact of a magnetic field on a cell. At present, processes of pulse-magnetic stamping, assembling and welding are used in machine-building enterprises. Parameters of such radiation H, f, W and energies are several orders of magnitude higher than those used in medicine. In the framework of this work an attempt has been made to assess the influence of the parameters of such fields on human mesenchymal stromal cells (HMSC) in the experiments invitro. Such physiological parameters as viability, proliferative activity and morphological characteristics of the HMSC culture were evaluated. Such experiments at the cellular level will help in the future to assess the impact of the high-intensity pulse-magnetic field on the human body. As a result of the experiments, it was found that the impact of the pulse-magnetic field on the HMSC culture leads to instant, partially reversible damage of cytoplasmic membranes of cells and, as a consequence, to a decrease in the viability of the culture and negative changes in cell morphology.
