Soil microorganisms, being destructors, transfer the remains of organic matter into digestible forms. Their numerosity is mainly determined by anthropogenic pressure on the soil. Among a great number of types of soil microorganisms actinomycetes are of great importance. The aim of the research was to identify methods of soil tillage on the number of actinomycetes in gray forest soil. The numerosity of actinomycetes on plowing, cultivation and harrowing in comparison with virgin land was determined. Experience options. 1. Virgin land (control); 2. Plowing with the turnover of the seam to a depth of 30 cm; 3. Cultivation to a depth of 12 cm; 4. Harrowing to a depth of 4 cm. The replication of the experiment is 3 times, the area of the plot of 120 sq.m. the Results showed that the methods of soil treatment had a significant impact on the number of actinomycetes. The numerosity of actinomycetes increases with increasing the depth of soil tillage. When plowing to a depth of 30 cm, the number of actinomycetes was the highest and was up to 290.2 thousand CFU against 143.1 thousand CFU when cultivating soil to a depth of 12 cm and 106.6 thousand CFU when cultivating soil to a depth of 4 cm. The minimum number of actinomycetes was on fallow soil. The activity of actinomycetes was also the largest when plowing. The treatment of the top layer of 2-4 cm of soil has no effect on the microbiological activity of actinomycetes, respectively, the use of harrowing as an additional method of stimulating microorganisms is not effective. Thus, plowing is the most effective method that increases the biological activity of actinomycetes. The increase in the number of actinomycetes and increase in their activity in the variant with plowing occurs as a consequence of the improvement of soil aeration conditions in comparison with other methods.
