Influence of various chemical and biological factors on growth and development of biofilms of pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms is established. Experimental comparison of antibacterial and mucolytic drugs most widespread now, such as anti - pyocyanic bacteriophage and "Dornaza alpha" on colony of Pseudomonas aeruginosa of a mucoid and not mucoid strain is carried out.
