Impact of lubricating cooling liquids in the conditions of mechanical engineering enterprizes and the ways of it reduction

Lubricating cooling liquids are the large danger both for man and for environment. Existing methods of lubricating cooling liquids impact reduction in mechanical engineering enterprises are considered. The most promising is investigation and implementation of methods of reduction of the coolants using and refusal from coolants used on technological operations. When dry processing is used the main task becomes decrease of friction coefficient between the tool and blank part. For realization of the surface plastic deformation process in the wholesale manufacture the method of burnishing by the independently installed tool is developed. The given way of processing is introduced in the mechanical and assembly manufacture of the AUTOVAZ plant.
