According to the author, the impact of the theory and practice of socialism on the world was not only positive, but also negative one. The ideological basis of foreign policy was of special significance. The positive influence was in Soviet Russia’s appeal for social justice, as well as in all round support of the third world countries, China and the Central Asian republics. The negative influence was in ideological interference in other countries affairs, in eagerness to spread its socio-political pattern all over the world. The same aspiration is distinguished also by other superpowers, including rising China.
