Reimbursement of the procedural costs to the acquitted person and to rehabilitated persons: theory and practice

The article discusses the issues associated with the procedural costs and their reimbursement of criminal proceedings of partial rehabilitation and in cases of private prosecution. As a result there was educed the uncertainly in regulation of use clauses 131 and 132 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Russian Federation by reimbursement of procedural costs in the criminal case. The author makes a suggestion concerning the effectiveness by reimbursement of procedural costs in the criminal case in accordance with article 132 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Russian Federation.
