Refund of costs for cultivation and preparation, production and purchase of feeds as measures of state support of technical and technological modernization of fodder base of animal husbandry

The study is devoted to the federal and regional measures used in 2018 to reimburse the costs of growing and harvesting, transporting and purchasing feed, which are indirect measures of state support for the technical and technological modernization of the animal husbandry feed base in Russia. These measures include: unrelated support; subsidization of part of the cost for construction, reconstruction and technical re-equipment of irrigation and drainage systems and separately located hydraulic structures and for carrying out cultural engineering activities; compensation of part of the cost of transporting agricultural products and feed of industrial origin. The paper presents the data: on federal support contained in the adopted official documents - the State Program for the Development of Agriculture and Regulation of Agricultural Products, Raw Materials and Food Markets for 2013-2020, the National Report "On the Progress and Results of the Implementation in 2017 of the State Program for Rural Development management of agricultural products, raw materials and food for the years 2013-2020", Federal Statute № 362-FS "On the federal budget for 2018 and for the period 2019 and 2020 years", resolutions of the Government of the Russian Federation; data from the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, the Information and Legal Portal, the Union of Sugar Producers of Russia, the Federal State Statistics Service, as well as materials from the XXIX Congress of Association of Peasant (Farm) Economies and Agricultural Cooperatives of Russia and the 20th Golden Autumn Exhibition held in 2018.
