Whether compensation of the personal injury done to the victim by the nonviolent crime against property is possible?

In article the problem of compensation of the personal injury done to the victim as a result of commitment in his relation a nonviolent crime against property is considered. Discrepancy of the developed court practice according to the solution of this problem is noted and the arguments based on legislative provisions on change of such practice are given.
