Is it possible to improve breast conserving surgery operations?

Breast-conserving therapy is well-controlled, safe and efficacious treatment for early-stage breast cancer. Breast-conserving therapy is culmination of fight for the nature breast after breast cancer. The use of the BCT for early-stage breast cancer is widely accepted and is mow the treatment of choice in the manycountries. Well known that localisation of the tumour in the upper- inner quadrant of the breast is difficult for the optimal result after BCT due to insufficient tissue in the upper pole. In our practice we use the new kind of BCT with the flap under the name («no name flap»). This technique has been demonstrated excellent cosmetic and oncological results.
