The possibility of adapting the Chinese experience in Russia in the field of innovation planning

The article is devoted to the study of the adaptation of the Chinese experience in Russia in the field of innovation planning. The author substantiates the relevance and significance of the research topic. A brief justification of innovation planning is given. It is noted that active and successful innovative planning in China affects the economic development and well-being of the population. Chinese experience in the field of innovation planning, its development and implementation in Russia, is necessary to solve the problems of economic growth and modernization, increase competitiveness, strengthen regions, as well as solve social and economic problems. The relevance of the topic of the work is due to the insufficient elaboration of various aspects of the application of innovative planning for the development of the state. Given the high theoretical and practical significance of this topic, it is necessary to get more thoroughly acquainted with the experience of the People's Republic of China in this area, to study the problems associated with innovative planning and the search for effective methods of its adaptation in Russia, to develop strategic priorities for innovative development and effective interaction of participants in the innovation process. The analysis of the scientific literature allowed us to conclude that the innovative model of the development of the country's economy is a rather long process that includes a whole range of measures to activate innovative processes. The author notes that in the present time, the Russian Federation is trying to move away from the dependence of its economy on raw materials to a more innovative one. Thus, we believe that a careful study of the Chinese experience of innovation planning and Chinese innovation policy in general, for application in Russia, is a very relevant scientific task.
